Improvement in level of human resource management is the basic way to realize high benefit,high level in KMC Company,also determines the fundamental factors for the sustainable development in company.Research on problems of human resource management in KMC company,it can effectively formulate human resources management countermeasures,and set up the corresponding guarantee mechanism,strengthen the KMC the strength of the company's human resources management.And it hopes to provide effective reference for human resources management in other domestic medical instrument enterprise,so as to promote the long-term development of the medical career in our country.So the research on problems of human resource management in KMC Company has the vital significance.This paper deeply analyzed the basic theories related to human resource management,using questionnaire and interview survey method,analyzed present situation of human resources management in KMC company,and systematically summed up the problems of human resource management,mainly include: human resources planning lacks of systematic and long-term,blindness and randomness in recruitment,staff training not targeted and forward-looking,performance appraisal is too simple and casual,rigidity and lag in compensation system.Aiming at the existing problems of human resource management in KMC company,it made the countermeasures of perfecting the human resource management,mainly include: perfecting the KMC company human resource planning,improve staff recruitment blindness and randomness,strengthen training pertinence and forward-looking,perfect performance appraisal work,improve the compensation system of rigid and hysteresis.At the same time,in view of the KMC company human resource management countermeasures to perfect,it put forward a set of scientific,suitable implementation safeguard measures,mainly includes two aspects: basic security and specific security countermeasures to implement.Basic security includes: system,organization,personnel;Specific security includes: the implementation of the human resource planning,the implementation of the personnel recruitment,the implementation of the personnel training,the implementation of performance appraisal,and the implementation of compensation system.
