In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology of our country economy and people's living standards continue to improve,many products renewal speed increasing,the life cycle is getting shorter,resulting in a waste of resources and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the closed-loop supply chain operation mode of recycling and recycling of waste materials,which not only bring considerable economic value,but also promote the improvement of social and environmental benefits.However,in view of the closed-loop supply chain participants in each other close and complex,different risk of each node enterprise system,so the supply chain is very fragile,vulnerable to a variety of supply chain uncertainty and risk.And in the recycling and remanufacturing of waste products of the closed-loop supply chain,enterprises want to maximize the benefit,dispersion will lead to operational performance and the overall profit of the whole supply chain can not reach the optimal decision,the closed-loop supply chain imbalance.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to improve the whole performance of the closed-loop supply chain to design and study the contractual mechanism of the coordination among the nodes in the closed-loop supply chain.In this paper,based on the background of the natural science fund project,the author uses the expected utility theory,the chance constraint theory and the game theory as the research tools.From the point of view of the risk preference of each participating enterprise in the closed loop supply chain,this paper studies the contractual coordination of the third party closed loop supply chain driven by the retailer.First,about the problem of contract coordination of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain considering the risk of three party recovery in the study of the significance and development status,describes the coordination and closed-loop supply chain related theories and provide a theoretical basis for later research.Then,the paper discusses the use of mean variance model to characterize the expected expected utility of each participant in the supply chain nodes.Through the study of the relationship between the manufacturer,the retailer and the third party in the centralized decision-making and decentralized decision making,it is found that the overall benefit of the closed-loop supply chain can not reach the maximum.Finally,considering the risk of participants and retailers too manyconditions of driving under the influence of a single third party recycling revenue and expense sharing contract model(retailers and manufacturers to share the proceeds,and third party manufacturers share the common expenses),made in the supply chain order quantity and the recycling price also reached a centralized decision the next level,to maximize the overall efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by numerical examples,numerical analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis.Through the establishment of the contract model of the closed-loop supply chain of third party recycling and remanufacturing,the perfect coordination is achieved,and the quantity of waste recycling is increased accordingly.Therefore,it not only saves resources and reduces environmental pollution,but also improves the overall expected utility of the supply chain and the enthusiasm of the supply chain partners and the operation efficiency of the supply chain.
