As the contradictions between human society development and environment becoming increasingly acute, the closed-loop supply chain management theory came into being. Because of its features that mining products’life cycle to maximize their value, academia and the business community paid more and more attention on such theory. But in the past, researches of that theory were mostly based on a static environment, and lack of consideration of the impact lead to changes in the environment due to emergent events. Based on this, this paper studied how to use revenue-and-expense sharing contract and quantity discount contract to coordinate third-party recovery mode closed-loop supply chain system when emergencies lead to a disturbance of market demand.First of all, this paper began with the background and significance introduction, the specific research methods and content were also determined. Secondly, the concept of closed-loop supply chain, game theory, contract coordination mechanism, the contract coordination mechanism of emergent events was summarized as the theoretical foundation, also the literature review. Thirdly, models were constructed respectively based on recovery rate and recovery quantity, revenue-and-expense sharing contract and quantity discount contract were leaded into the solution of "double marginalization effect" in such models when they in static environment and emergencies lead to a disturbance of market demand.Through the research, we get the following conclusions:(1) When the third-party recovery mode closed-loop supply chain system under decentralized decision-making, the "double marginalization effect" problem was actually existed. Such problem could be solved by revenue-and-expense sharing contract and quantity discount contract.(2) When emergent events lead to market demand disturbance occurs, coordination of the original closed-loop supply chain system would be broken, which meant the original contract didn’t have anti-emergencies ability.(3) Improved revenue-and-expense sharing contract and quantity discount contract would coordinate such models under emergent events lead to market demand disturbance, and that meant the improved contracts did have anti-emergencies ability. The main work of this paper was designed and improved revenue-and-expense sharing contract and quantity discount contract in order to coordinate the third-party recovery mode closed-loop supply chain system, based on both static environment and emergencies lead to a disturbance of market demand. Such work could enrich the research of closed-loop supply chain coordination with contracts, valuable in theory and practice.
