Research On Manufacturer's Recycling Channel Selection And Coordination Of Closed-loop Supply Chain With Retailer As Leader

The highly progress of technology,on the one hand,has promoted the rapid development of economy and enhanced resident's purchasing power,on the other hand,has accelerated the speed of replacement and shortened the life cycle of products,which made an increasing number on goods elimination.If the phenomenon waste disposal inappropriate appeared,the environment will become worse.And another phenomenon resource wasting will appear.How can we avoid those things to happen? Actually,the closed-loop supply chain management which implemented by manufacturers can good resolve the environmental and resource problem caused by the waste,at the same time,the enterprise can get some benefits from it.Considering the construction of recycling channel is the first step when implement the closed-loop supply chain management.In fact,it is difficult to manage the closed-loop supply chain.It is necessary to design a reasonable coordination mechanism to improve the efficiency of the entire closed-loop supply chain and reduce the double marginalization effect.Moreover,the dominant effect of large-scale retailers in the market becomes increasingly apparent,such as Wal-Mart,Carrefour and Suning Electronics,Gome.Therefore,there exists theoretical and practical significance to do a research on manufacturer's recycling channel selection and coordination of closed-loop supply chain when this essay focuses on the retailer as the leader of market.On the basis of previous research results,this paper mainly adopt Stackelberg game theory to research the topic of manufacturer's recycling channel selection and coordination mechanism design about closed-loop supply chain which dominated by retailer.And it will discuss and analysis those problems from the following four aspects.First of all,it will researches the optimal decision variable,profit and total system profit in three kinds of single recycling channel closed-loop supply chain,and designs an effective coordination mechanism on the basis of the initial franchise fee and the optimal solution of centralized decision-making model.The second aspect is establishing a decentralized decision-making model by introducing alternative coefficient respectively about the two recycling channels in the three kinds of closed-loop supply chain with dual recycling channel.Focusing on the optimal solution of centralized decision-making model is the baseline.Then it would design a coordination mechanism based on the initial franchise fee.Thirdly,this paper researches the selection problem about optimal recovery channel whether the manufacturer has an obvious single-channel and dual-channel tendency or not,and it use the specific case to prove the correct conclusion.Finally,Mathematical Software is responsible for drawing two-dimensional maps to analyze the impacts of alternative coefficient on decision variables,profits and the fee of coordination mechanisms in closed-loop supply chain with dual recycling channel intuitively.The research conclusions for the essay is mainly reflected the following three aspects: First,decentralized decision-making has a low efficiency on the whole closed-loop supply chain in both single and dual recycling channel mode when the retailer lead the closed-loop supply chain,but this problem could be solved by designing appropriate coordination mechanism.Second,there are three situations appear when manufacturer make diffident decisions: if manufacturer tend to construct single recycling channel,the best choice is self-built recycling channel;if the manufacturer prefer to establish dual recycling channel,the common recycling between manufacturer and retailer is the optimal choice;if manufacturer do not have obvious choice tendency,the decisions of manufacturer are mainly associated with the alternative coefficient.Lastly,the alternative coefficient of dual recycling channel has significant impact on decision-making and profit of supply chain.There is a positive relationship between wholesale price,retail price and alternative coefficient;but a negative correlation between each member's maximum profits,total profits of supply chain,recycling level and the coefficient.
