Since private equity funds into the financial market,this kind of economic activity has become an indispensable investment and financing way of international capital market.Although private equity investment market in our country started relatively late compared with western countries,but also on the domestic financial market force that cannot be ignored.As a kind of creative activity,private equity funds to experience conception,negotiation,signing and withdraw from the process,such as in this link is numerous,almost every link has the possibility of failure,not to say the risk is inevitable.Therefore,how to manage the risk of private equity investment,has very important practical significance.From private equity related theory,this paper first of all,analyses the private equity financing,investment,management and exit the four stages are faced with the risk and has carried on the detailed analysis to the reasons;Secondly,combining with the dominant investment sichuan red flag chain case,the dominant investment in the operation process in the process of system analysis,the research in its operating in each link of the practice of risk management.Finally,according to the characteristics of domestic private equity investment and project operation cycle characteristics,combine the domestic current situation of the private equity fund risk management and aimed at the features of the risk of each stage of specific solutions are put forward.Through research and analysis,this paper argues that private equity investment in the financing stage should be through the establishment of enterprise wealth management center to manage the financing channel and structure,investment stage strengthen industry due diligence,adopt diversified investment tools,such as investment in stages,more attention to vote after management stage,pay attention to the information collection,enhancement of agency establishment and staffing of the attention,be careful when out opt out way,degree,etc.,to reduce the risk in private-equity investment in the actual operation,to further improve China's private equity theory framework.Through collecting,cast,tubes,retreat,the analysis of phase type,and combined with case analysis,this article to our country private equity investment risk management and control has a certain theoretical and practical significance,but still lack of quantitative analysis and study the influence of the macro environment for private equity investment,these factors affect the private equity investment and development of our country.From the perspective of a more comprehensive analysis,broaden the research of the breadth and depth,is the main research direction in the future.
