Study On Risk Analysis And Control Countermeasures Of Private Equity Investment

With the continuous innovation and development of China's capital market,after more than 30 years of development,China's private equity investment industry,especially private equity investment shows a blowout growth.By January 2020,the number of private equity investment funds in China had reached 28,569,and the fund raising scale had reached 8,625.959 billion yuan.Privateequity investment is an important link in the establishment of China's multi-level capital market,but the risks associated with private equity investment are huge.Therefore,the accurate identification of investment risks and risk control a key link in current private equity.In accordance with the relatively standard case study ideas,this paper first born reviews the domestic and foreign relevant research status on the basis of the private equity investment risk and related theories on the necessary elaboration,for this research to establish a relevant theoretical basis.Then,taking DC capital investment panda tv as an example,based on the simple description of the case,the investment basis,investment risk and failure reasons of the case were specifically identified and analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.This paper has six chapters,Among them,the first chapter is the introduction;Chapter two is an overview of private equity investment risks and related theories.The third chapter is case description;The fourth chapter is case analysis.Chapter five is countermeasures and Suggestions.Chapter six is the conclusion andprospect.This paper studies the real risk case of DC capital investing in panda tv.The study holds that:on the one hand,for enterprises in emerging industries like panda tv,comprehensive due diligence should be done and investment should be cautious;On the other hand,the risks of private equity investment exist in every link of "raising,investing,managing and withdrawing",so the risk identification of each link should be done well and a comprehensive risk managementsystem should beestablished.
