With the rise of China's e-commerce,third-party payment came into being.In the present,it has been applied into the mature stage,and has become the main payment methods and credit intermediary.In recent years,the scale of its transaction has been developed stable and sustainable.Therefore the traditional commercial banks are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges,from the perspective of the intermediary business,financial disintermediation,the marketed of interest rates and other aspects,are clearly subject to the rapidaly development of third party payment.Based on the above background,this paper starts from the development status of the third party payment enterprise and the intermediary business,points out the influence of the third party payment to the commercial bank,and puts forward the policy suggestion.First of all,this paper introduces the meaning of the third party payment,the development process and the main body briefly,using quantitative analysis of the annual data and quarterly data analysis to elaborate its development status.And do a comparison on the market size,different institutions' share and transaction structure.Secondly,it introduces the intermediary business of commercial banks and compares the income of intermediary business of commercial banks recent years.Discussing the positive promotion effect and the challenges of third party payment on commercial banks' intermediary business.Thirdly,combined with the panel analysis method,in addition to the third party Internet payment,third-party mobile payment scale is also introduced into the model for quantitative analysis,the results show that third-party Internet payment and third-party mobile payment have played a certain role in promoting income.This kind of promotion is from the continuous reform and innovation of commercial banks.On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In the last part,combinating the theoretical research and empirical analysis,the development of commercial banks on the intermediate business with the following five recommendations: First,set the product as the core,vigorously promote the intermediary business products,play the commodity-driven restructuring value chain advantage;Second,using rationalize pricing strategies,control risks.The third,construct the scene pay and improve the service quality;Fourth,technical strategy for technological innovation to ensure safety.
