With the rapid development of China's economy and steel industry,China's construction steel structure industry has been showing the momentum of leaping development,especially since 2001.China's steel structure construction market ushered in a golden period of vigorous development,and the conversion of the steel structure of the number of manufacturers and installers show the development momentum of the blowout.This also lead a dramatical growth in the current steel industry competition in the construction market,the management capacity of each company,technical capacity and personnel reserves,and so put forward higher and higher requirements.A company,as a private steel construction and construction enterprises along with the development of the industry grew up,is becoming gradually stable after the start-up period of rapid development.However,in the current competitive market environment,enterprises facing either develop forward or fall behind other enterprises.They will be able to get a chance to survive and develop in the tide of fierce competition only by constantly upgrading their management level,management ability and cultivating their core competitiveness.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises is mainly the competition of talents,especially the core talents and specialists.The construction steel structure industry is capital and labor-intensive industry,which has high professional and technical requirements and it is relatively complicated.A company is not only a manufacturing enterprises,but also construction enterprises.The number of different positions of professionals to play a variety of responsibilities of the job is a huge concern.Therefore,for A company it is particularly necessary and important to attract core staff with competent,potential,and responsibility and avoid the loss of core talent at the same time.To stimulate enthusiasm and potential of core staff,establishing a scientific and specific compensation system is imperative.In this paper,through the study and reference of the scientific theory of the core salary system of the enterprise,we carefully analyze the practice and operation of human resource management in the private construction enterprises and learn from the excellent salary system.And focus on the actual situation of Company A,in-depth understanding and analysis of A company's business situation,status and human resources,based on defining the core staff clearly.Then,according to the particularity of the core employees of the company,we analyze the problems and the insufficiency in the core staff salary system of the company A,and hidden behind the problem of the deep-seated reasons through the questionnaire survey,data collection and data analysis,using the management theory and the garden.In view of the problems in the salary system of Company A and the theoretical research and analysis,this paper discusses the feasibility of the salary optimization and the specific optimization plan.Based on the purpose,principles and thoughts of the salary optimization,further elaborate the core employees Pay system optimization program,and further explore and study the implementation and implementation of the program,through a variety of management tools to ensure the use of optimization programs can ultimately implement and brings value to the company.
