With the globalization of the economy and more competitive market today, the competition among enterprises is actually in which of human resource. Attracting and retaining the qualified personnel business needs, exploring fully the potential of current staff within the company would be the fundamental foothold and the basis of development of a modern enterprise. The salary management which is capable of maximizing the role of motivating and discipline is one of the most important parts of the business management. And how to establish a scientific, practical and effective salary system according to the company's strategy to optimize the performance of salary system and to ensure the competitive advantage of human resources is the quite issue the modern enterprises must concern.This paper, by describing the theory of the remuneration and strategic salary, firstly introduced the current situation, operating statement and development opportunities of Company SH, and then the profile of it. On the basis of analyzing the case of Company SH, this paper also studied and defined the staff in core positions of the company, especially analyzed their characteristics and needs systematically and deeply. This paper analyzed the salary status of the stuff in core position of Company SH like project managers and technicians of teams, in addition the existing problems of the salary system, and correspondingly proposed a plan of establishing a performance-based and position-related strategic salary system.The way of design the strategic salary system for the core position of Company SH is to set up the performance-based and position-related salary system. The construction of the salary system should adhere to the principles which are fairness, incentives, history-followed and competition. This construction also carried out the building plans and supporting regulations of the strategic salary system for the core stuff, project managers and technicians.Through the study of the Company SH, this paper suggested some reference ideas and practical solutions in order to solve the problems in the management of human resources, and set up a system platform which could help the company with attracting, retaining and training qualified personnel, to give better service to the realization of business strategy.
