With the rapid development of global economy and China's market economy,as well as the in-depth development of knowledge-based economy,a large number of talents have emerged in the construction industry.Competition in salary and welfare subsidies has intensified the competition among industries.How to optimize the salary system of personnel in construction enterprises has become a research hotspot.The complete establishment of salary system is not only the core of human resource management,but also the basis of production and management activities,which deeply affects the realization of strategic development goals of enterprises.Enterprises should combine their own actual situation,closely integrate their strategy and culture,fully consider various factors,and constantly optimize the salary system,otherwise the original salary system will be difficult to meet the development needs under the new situation.The object of this paper belongs to the construction industry,and has entered the top 20 construction enterprises of China Railway for many times.With the fierce competition of the market and the change of the surrounding environment,the original salary system of the enterprise organs has appeared unreasonable aspects which affect the development of the enterprise.At the same time,with the expansion of the company scale,the reserve strength of talents and technology is slightly weak,and it is difficult to support projects with higher technical level and difficult construction,and the loyalty of employees.As the sense of belonging and identity is declining,how to adjust and optimize the salary structure to meet the actual needs of enterprises is very important.This paper will take a construction enterprise as the object of analysis,using chart analysis,employee interviews,questionnaires and other ways to find out the problems,and optimize the salary system of the employees of the enterprise.Through the optimization of salary system,the maximum potential of employees can be brought into play and the strategic objectives of enterprises can be realized.
