The Research Of Petrochemical Enterprise Eco-efficiency Based On The Super-efficiency DEA Model

Petrochemical industry is the basis of the energy industry in China,it is related to our country national economy and people's livelihood,and national security,comprehensive national strength and people's standard of living.From the point of GDP,the added value of petroleum and chemical industry increases year by year,has become the second largest economy in our country.However,petroleum and chemical industry is a kind of high energy consumption,high pollution industry,in the process of production and processing all kinds of energy input,with all the damage to the environment,among them,the chemical industry especially the proportion of the industrial “three wastes”,therefore,accurately grasping of the features of the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises,and using the correct method to evaluate the ecological efficiency,to solve the sustainable development of the enterprise has the vital significance.This paper takes Daqing Petrochemical Company as an example,the theory and methods of Eco-efficiency evaluation of petrochemical enterprises is further analyzed,firstly,through literature research,investigation and comparative research on enterprises at home and abroad,the construction of ecological efficiency and adapt to the characteristics of China's petrochemical enterprises evaluation index system;secondly,through the combination of traditional DEA and super-efficiency DEA method in Daqing petrochemical enterprise ecological efficiency and operating efficiency of the comparative analysis,find the differences of the two,laying the groundwork for the study of ecological factors affecting the efficiency,and use the input oriented BCC model of scale variable measurement,calculation and evaluation results using DEAP2.1 and Lingo software,analysis of the causes of invalid enterprise ecological efficiency the goal and direction of improvement,and gives concrete,sort of decision making unit ecological efficiency effective,clear industry Position;again,to analyze the Eco-efficiency evaluation of Daqing petrochemical enterprises,proposed to strengthen the research and cooperation in energy saving technology in the petrochemical enterprises,accelerate enterprise restructuring,the implementation of energy conservation work,carry out water conservation work,improve the level of comprehensive utilization of resources,the system construction to strengthen environmental protection and governance to improve the Eco-efficiency of economic development;finally,through comprehensiveresearch and analysis,draw the conclusion of this article.
