Study On Financing Problems Of CXE Company

As a new force of China's high technology industry,the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are the organic combination of the advanced productive forces and the most dynamic management mechanism,can give full play to the role of technological innovation,promote the industrialization of high-tech enterprises and the technicalization of traditional industries.At the same time,the development of high-tech SMEs also encourage innovation and entrepreneurship of social culture,create jobs,ease employment pressure for the country.However,due to the characteristics of "science and technology" and "small and medium scale",the development of SMEs has been severely restricted by the difficulty of financing.There are many reasons for the financing difficulty of SMEs,both factors of themselves,but also factor in the whole social financial ecological environment,in the background of financial ecological environment and enterprise's own defects,how to help SMEs to find a proper way of financing and get rid of the financing difficulties has become the common focus of the academic circles and the practice.This paper introduces the main ways of financing of SMEs in China,then combined with CXE company's business and financial status,we analysis the CXE company financing problems,mainly is the inadequacy of the internal financing and bank loans,the limited amount of assets structure is not reasonable,the lack of financing strategy and various financing channels.Then find out the reasons for the problems,the main reason is the small and medium enterprises themselves,banks,financial market financing system is not perfect and the lack of professional talent,etc.This paper discusses the effective ways to solve the financing problems of CXE company,and puts forward the specific financing strategies for the company,structured financing,innovative financing methods,speed up the company's own building to improve credibility.At the same time,this paper also gives some constructive ideas and new ideas on the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
