Research On Internal Control Management Under The Company + Farmer Cooperation Mode

China is an agricultural country,as the agriculture industry takes a very important position in the national economy,and with the recent change of national economic development situation,the traditional manufacturing industry meets great difficulties,but at the same time,a variety of agricultural industry has become a hot topic in the new round of industrial capital and risk investment.While the scandals come out in an unending flow for the agricultural companies,it becomes a high-risk and low-trust industry.The public consider the internal control of whole industry is very poor.Taking the animal husbandry industry as an example,companies are facing the problems of stocktaking and the food safety for consumptive biological assets,also the public and governments are very concerned and worried about the internal control problems.In the related literature at home and abroad research,for the discussion of the internal control system,the theoretical circle has risen from many industries and has carried on the comprehensive summary,and practice also gradually apply internal control in enterprise management,but in view of control of the consumptive biological assets in the theoretical circle has not actively,practice didn't also have the special policy.Especially the Zhangzidao,Lantian and Sanlu incident,the series of events that the our country agriculture major problems existing in the related internal control management of the enterprise,so enterprises in daily management,how to strengthen the internal control in the consumptive biological assets becomes a important problem to be solved.This paper attempts to find the weak point of the agricultural company internal control,through the analysis of internal control system of Lihua's "company plus farm" mode,especially for the Consumptive biological assets;Try to further find the direction on how to enhance internal control under the module,through a combination of theory and practice.For the management of consumptive biological assets under the company plus farm mode,we finally summarize and come to the following suggestions:1,Using the internet of things technology to solve the internal control problem of consumptive biological assets on the technical level 2,Enhancing internal control system,and constantly improving the understanding of the related system and control requirements on the consciousness and concept level,finally understand and execute the internal control process.
