On Food Safety Traceability Management System In ZF Company

This paper concludes that food safety traceability management is relative to the core competence of one company basing on the analysis to the food safety traceability management of food company status. On the building of the food safety traceability management system and the food safety traceability management information system, One plant could effectively increase the productive and efficient, improve the ability of decision of the leader and enhance the core competence at last.This paper takes the method of linking theory with practice, design and build the food safety traceability management information system, and further to analyze the question and method implementing steps, combine with the other information system, check the achievement etc.Basing on the building and running and the checking achievement of the food safety traceability management information system in one plant, conclude that the information system has great meaning to the managerial efficiency and economic benefits, finally improve the core competence of a plant.
