With the increasing complexity of the environment,it is very difficult for any organization to maintain its competitive power by its own advantages.Only through continuous learning in the network and establishing a good relationship with other cooperative enterprises,can the enterprise gain sustainable competitive advantage.But in today's enterprise network,many enterprises have not achieved the desired results: leading enterprises can't better manage the relationship with other enterprise;the following enterprise did not further enhance the performance of enterprises through the network.If the partners can predict the behavior of each other in advance,and actively take the appropriate behavior to match it,they will greatly enhance the corporate performance and network status.Both Technical power and inter-organizational trust have an important impact on the behavior of each node in the network.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature to sort out the previous research results and study the influence of technology power and inter-organizational trust on the leadership behavior of core nodes in the network and the follow behavior of non-core nodes based on the perspective of psychological orientation.Secondly,this paper uses dynamic matching game model to study the process of the interaction between different leadership-follow behavior and find the ultimate efficient and stable structure.Finally,it uses case study method to verify the proposition and theoretical model.In the process of case analysis,interviews were used to collect the data needed by the research.In this paper,four kinds of leadership behavior and the following behaviors are obtained from the perspective of psychological positioning,which are technical lock-in,technical defense,technical support,technical calibration,learning,negative,model and alienation.Based on the match game between the leadership behavior and the following behavior,the paper concludes that the four kinds of stable leadership-follow behavior interaction patterns are the technical lock-in-model,technical support-learning,technical defense-alienation,technical calibration-negativity.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems of the network nodes and the transformation and upgrading of the whole network performance.This paper which studies technology power and inter-organizational trust in the network impact on leadership behavior and following behavior,provides a powerful reference for each node to explain and predict network behavior,and provide more evidence for the theory of power network.Moreover,it can enrich the content of network governance.Finally,it provides important practical significance to promote better cooperation in the network and the whole network to the high end of the value chain.
