Under the background of win-win cooperation and sharing economy, the practice of mutually beneficial cooperation based on resource dependence between enterprises has become the new normal in China's market reform. As a result, network organizations, which encourage participation, driven by peers, and are characterized by trust and cooperation are becoming increasingly active.Nevertheless,in practice, some new problems have emerged that can not be solved well in theory.Among them, the unbalanced, improper and inefficient problems of power allocation within interfirm network are particularly prominent, and cooperation events related to the allocation of network power are frequent. In order to achieve the synergy effect of“1+1>2”,it is necessary to reasonably position roles and allocate power. However, the improper allocation of power hinders or restricts the effective exertion of synergies. What is the pattern of network power allocation? What impact does power allocation have on cooperative behavior? How to guide and govern cooperative behavior between firms? Based on the above problems, this paper studies and explores the influence mechanism of power allocation of interfirm network on cooperative behavior.Firstly, this paper adopts the literature analysis method to sort out the research status at home and abroad, defines the concept of variables involved in the paper, and then constructs a theoretical model.Next,we design the scale and collect relevant data in parallel by means of questionnaires and field research. Finally,we use the method of hierarchical regression analysis to verify the proposed hypothesis. This paper mainly studies the following three parts:(1)the influence of power allocation of interfirm network on cooperative behavior;(2)the mediating role of resource occupation in the influence of power allocation on cooperative behavior;(3)the moderating effect of inter-organizational trust and benchmarking effect between resource occupation and cooperative behavior, and whether the two moderate the mediating effect of resource occupation. The research results indicate that: under the centralized power allocation pattern, the cooperative behaviors between firms is more tacit, but the decentralized power allocation has no significant influence on the cooperative behaviors;in the impact of centralized allocation on cooperative behaviors, resource occupation plays a role of partial intermediary;in terns of the influence of resource occupation on cooperative behavior,inter-organizational trust and benchmarking effect have positive moderating effects,futhermore,inter-organizational trust also positively regulates the mediating role of the resource occupation. On the basis of these results, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to rationally allocate network power, promote cooperation and improve relationship within the interfirm network. This paper enriches the related research on network power allocation to a certain extent, helps to form a new understanding of network power allocation, helps to recognize the behavior logic of network members, and provides new ideas for optimizing the pattern of power allocation and strengthening the cooperative relationship within the interfirm network.
