Study On Coupling Coordination Relationship Between New-type Urbanization And Industrial Structure In Henan Province

Urbanization is an important indicator of modern development level.Traditional urbanization has many drawbacks.From 2004,China implement new-type urbanization construction.New-type urbanization emphasizes people-oriented,urban and rural areas coordination,intensive development,reasonable scale structure,friendly environment and harmonious society.Henan Province is a large population and agricultural province.During the process of constructing new-type urbanization,Henan Province faces many difficult problems.But how is the level of new-type urbanization in Henan Province?Constructing new-type urbanization involves the industrial structure.How is the level of industrial structure of Henan Province? New urbanization and industrial structure is the interaction relationship.How is the coordination relationship between the new urbanization and industrial structure in Henan Province.Based on the data from 2004 to 2014,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the new-type urbanization level and industrial structure level of Henan Province,the state and Jiangxi Province.And it draws the new urbanization level in Henan Province lower than the national and Jiangxi province.After 2010,the industrial structure level of Henan Province is lower than the national industrial structure level.And from 2004 to 2013,the industrial structure level of Henan Province is lower than the industrial structure level of Jiangxi Province.Using the coupling coordination degree to measure the harmonious relationship between the new-type urbanization and the industrial structure of Henan Province,the state and Jiangxi Province.Through convergence test of coupled coordination degree,it is concluded that the gap between Henan Province and China is unstable.And so is the gap between Henan Province and Jiangxi Province.From 2004 to 2014,this paper selects five aspects about Henan Province,China and Jiangxi Province.And we also select five indicators.Agricultural modernization,industry advanced,education and science and technology have positive effects on coupling coordination degree of Henan Province.This four indicators has more effects on coupling coordination degree of Henan Province than effects on coupling coordination degree of China and Jiangxi Province.Tourism has negativeeffect on coupling coordination degree of Henan Province.And its effect on coupling coordination degree of Henan Province is lower than effect of coupling coordination degree of China and Jiangxi Province.New-type urbanization level and industrial structure level of Henan Province are lower than that of China and Jiangxi Province.Henan Province and Jiangxi Province are agricultural provinces,but new-type urbanization level and industrial structure level of Henan Province are lower than that of Jiangxi Province.The new urbanization level and industrial structure level of Henan Province have great room for development.Henan Province should not rely too much on the secondary industry to increase GDP and solve the employment.It should develop the tertiary industry.Henan Province should continue to develop agricultural modernization,industry advanced,education and technology.It also should pay attention to the development of tourism and make full use of Henan Province rich tourism resources.
