Research On The Coordinated Development Of New-type Urbanization And Financial Support In China

Since 1978,China’s new-type urbanization has achieved remarkable results under the support of the successive government policies,but there is still a gap compared with the developed countries in the world.The new-type urbanization is the inevitable choice of sustainable development of social economy.For China,the new-type urbanization has become a new impetus to stimulate economic growth in the context of “changing the way,adjusting the structure and maintaining growth”.It is very important significance to realize the goal of “two hundred years” and build a well-off society.Practice has proved that in the process of new-type urbanization,finance plays an important role,and all areas can’t do without the strong support of the financial system,and become the key factor to promote the new-type urbanization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research China’s the coordinated relationship between new-type urbanization and financial support.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance,it makes clear the significance of study the coordination between the new-type urbanization and financial support,review the relevant literature about the new-type urbanization and financial relations existing at home and abroad,and briefly comments are made.Second,it introduces the related theories of the new-type urbanization,financial development and coordinated development.In the third chapter of this paper,we give a detailed analysis of the present situation of the new-type urbanization and financial development,and point out that there are some problems in the construction of the new-type urbanization and financial support with the new-type urbanization.At the end of this chapter,we choose the population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization,facilities urbanization,ecological urbanization and integration of urban and rural urbanization those 6 aspects of 18 variables as the index system of the new-type urbanization,select 10 variables to construct the index system of financial support from those 3 aspects of the financial scale,financial efficiency and financial structure.In the empirical research part of this paper,firstly,the annual national level data from the 2006-2015 and 2006-2015 of 31 provincial level data standardization,and then use the variation coefficient method of index weight distribution,new-type urbanization and financial support index were obtained respectively,and the 2006-2015 annual national level data as an example the analysis of the new-type urbanization and financial support index data.Finally,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model in physics are used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the new-type urbanization and financial support in the 10 years of 2006-2015.The conclusions as follows: from the 2006-2015 annual national level data,China’s new-type urbanization and financial support of the coordinated development and constantly improve the level of integration,mutual promotion efficiency continues to improve,but the development of new-type urbanization process is faster than the speed of the financial,also shows that the financial support is difficult to meet the rapid advance of lack of stamina strong financial needs new-type urbanization problems.From 2006-2015 31 provincial level data,new towns all over the country and the financial support of the coordinated development level differences is very large the space,coordinated development level showing a gradually decreasing tendency among the eastern,central and western,This result is basically consistent with the current level of economic and social development.The coordinated development of new-type urbanization and financial support is greatly influenced by the environment,especially the external economic environment,the state and government policies.At the end of the article,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the new-type urbanization and financial support.
