Service industry has been proposed as a salient contributor to the growth of GDP index in the Report on the Work of the Government of 2016,which embodied that China's economy has finished the transformation from the "industrial economy" to the "service economy".For the "service economy",products' value is delivered,in essence,through employees' service.Service quality has become one of the most important factors to the success of the enterprise.How to improve the employees' emotional quality of service becomes a goal of the enterprise,meanwhile,emotion issues is increasingly frontier in organizational management.But more and more managers have realized that it will bring negative effects on employees' health to propelled them working in line with strict demands.Employees' health is an essential factor to maintain and improve their work performance.Therefore,it is both valuable and meaningful to focus on the management of emotional expression and the decreasing of work health problems in the complicated work environment.Based on the theory of conservation of resource and the perspective of emotional resources,we reviewed some studies about emotional demands,psychological capital,job crafting and burnout,and established a model about emotional demands' impact on employee's health problems.We also analyzed the relationship between emotional demands and job burnout,as well as the moderating role of psychological capital.Building upon but going beyond previous conceptualizations,this paper further discussed the mechanism of how psychological capital buffer this negative effect,with the introduction of job crafting as both a moderator and a mediator.We proposed that the relationship between emotional demands and burnout is buffered by psychological capital via job crafting.We developed the two surveys on employees from Yunnan with questionnaire and found some results by computing with Stata13.0.Finally our data basically confirmed the hypothesis.At the end of the paper,all the results were concluded and some advices about management were provided,furthermore,we stated the limits of this study and some problems that deserve more research engagement.
