In recent years, enterprises are facing increasing pressure to survive, the fierce market competition degree unprecedented, more companies recognize the important role of employees in the enterprise survival and development played. How can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, effectively improve the efficiency of the staff of the enterprise has become the focus of attention. Employee burnout as an employee of one negative behavior, is to determine whether the voluntary important factors to create value for the enterprise. It is worth noting that employees of job burnout and its stake in emotional labor, emotional labor high degree of job burnout can motivate employees to produce their work and to increase the degree of burnout. Emotional labor as a typical object of study of organizational behavior and psychology of science in recent years has aroused widespread concern in academic circles, emotional labor exists in all areas of work, especially in the service sector are particularly typical. When service workers face customer service, the psychological will produce some degree of volatility, which may induce burnout, make some business or organization is not conducive to the development of negative behavior. At present, the study of emotional labor is not when it comes to a mature stage, the results of its emotional labor variables, in particular, how to job burnout and the impact of which mechanism also few scholars depth exploration. Therefore, this study by way of empirical analysis, combined with the characteristics of the financial services industry, studied the relationship between emotional labor and burnout between them and the role of identity in relations between the two play a regulatory role. In this study, the first sort of emotional labor, job burnout literature and role identity, the definition of the three variables, classification and factors are sufficient understanding of the basis to find the relationship between the three, and then put forward three theoretical models Suppose relations, followed by questionnaire distribution, collection and collation of data. In the ways of empirical analysis to test hypotheses and draw conclusion, and finally put forward some suggestions and opinions.In this study, the first sort of emotional labor, job burnout literature and role identity, the definition of the three variables, classification and factors are enough to understand, based on the exploration of the relationship among the three, and then by constructing a theoretical model proposed three Suppose relations, followed by questionnaire distribution, collection and collation of data, a comprehensive analysis of empirical way to test the hypothesis and concluded that concludes with a few comments and suggestions.Depending on the findings of this study the following conclusions:1, emotional labor and positively related to job burnout and its predictive role.2, the reverse role identity will be an impact factor which have influence on job burnout and emotional labor. According to the obtained findings, this study from the perspective of managers and two employees, made a few suggestions:1, enterprise managers should always pay attention to the presence of the phenomenon of emotional labor, and controlled within a reasonable range.2, employees should take more exercise their own resiliency and ability to resist setback, and enhance awareness of the role of a good grasp of their own position.
