The Study On The Relationship Of Female Employees’ Job Burnout, Work Pressure And Emotional Intelligence

Abstract:With the rapid development of society, enterprise and its employees are facing growing pressure. At present, staffs are in a rising stage of work and life, under the high strength pressure t, it caused a certain influence to both their body and psychology, and show some phenomenon of job burnout,such as late arrival, work efficiency is low, depressed, and enthusiasm of work is not high. Compared with male employees, female employees are more sensitive in the psychological aspects and more perceptual in the process of dealing with problems, in addition, most of the female employees’work is in the type of service, the female employees show more obviously and its influence is greater when job burnout occurs. Therefore, as the pillar of third industry, these enterprises in service industry must give priority to those female employees, and restrain their level of job burnout effectively from the aspects such as work stress, the personnel environment, to improve the staff’s the sense of belonging and satisfaction and provide a good guarantee for the harmonious development of the enterprise and the whole service industry.The emotional intelligence of employees plays an important role in aspects of their activities, maintaining, strengthen, guide and the initial adjustment and so on. A lot of facts show that the level of employees’ emotional intelligence has become the one of the important influence factors in the organization’s success. This paper summarizes the research status review of work pressure, emotional intelligence and job burnout which are the main variables involved in this article, basing on the theory of organizational behavior and human resources management theory. After the qualitative analysis on the relationship of working pressure, emotional intelligence and job burnout, based on the survey data on a great deal of questionnaire survey and interviews to500female employees who work on first line of enterprise production line in the telecom industry in Shanxi Province, this study establishes the theoretical conception and about work stress, emotional intelligence and job burnout among female employees. Finally, the hypothetic model is verified, and the paper determines the affect degree and effect role of work pressure, emotional intelligence and job burnout according to the path coefficient.Through the empirical research analysis, the hypothetic model got better empirical validation in this paper, and the research results show that the emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role significantly between job stress and job burnout in female employees. Job stress can lead to employees’ job burnout directly; at the same level of the working pressure, female employees’job burnout degree is lower whose emotional intelligence level is higher; at the same time, the appropriate pressure can also stimulate the employees’ emotional intelligence level to promote, through the adjustment of employees’ emotional intelligence can effectively reduce the sense of job burnout which is caused by the pressure of work.According to these conclusions, the enterprise can improve employees’ emotional intelligence level through strengthening the training on the emotional intelligence, and intervene employees’ job burnout, in order to put forward countermeasure and the suggestion that how to improve female employees’satisfaction and the quality of human resources in telecom industry, provide a better human resource security of the long-term and healthy development of the telecom industry, and hope to provide reference opinions and suggestions of the talent pool and human resource management for the whole service industry...
