The Study Of The Mechanism Of Knowledge Network Embedding The Growth Of Enterprises In The Flower Industry Cluster

Since 1994,Yunnan flowers has always maintained more than 50% market share in the national flower market,and in the international market,it also has the obvious competitiveness.However,in recent years,by the impact of market diversification,Yunnan flowers exposed the disadvantages of single variety,lack of scientific and technological content,so the market competitiveness declined.The root cause of this development dilemma is that the R & D innovation ability of the cluster is not strong,and the cluster research and innovation activities in the final analysis is completed by the cluster enterprises.Enterprises' R & D innovation requires the support of innovative knowledge,from the current status of Yunnan flower enterprises growth,its financial strength can not support enterprises to completely independent research and development,so companies need to establish a long-term effective network cooperation with other enterprises,institutions and organizations,to provide innovative knowledge and resources for its research and development activities,this network of cooperation is also known as the knowledge network.From the perspective of knowledge network to discuss the enterprise growth is a new breakthrough point,the researches suggest that the embedding of knowledge network has an important influence on the production and business activities of enterprises,which is an important factor for enterprises to achieve sustainable growth.Facing the knowledge resources and development opportunities brought by the knowledge networks,enterprises need the ability to identify and make full use of these resources,so we introduce dynamic capabilities.Dynamic capability studies how enterprises can integrate their resources in a complex and evolving environment to realize their own development.Researches show that dynamic capabilities have an important impact on the growth and development of enterprises.Therefore,the knowledge network embedding and dynamic ability will have an important impact on the growth of enterprises,and the embedding of knowledge network can affect the formation and construction of enterprise dynamic capability by influencing the activities ofenterprises to acquire and integrate heterogeneous resources,that is,knowledge network embedding can affect the enterprise's dynamic ability,and thus affect the growth of enterprises.At present,the researches on the perspective of the embedding of knowledge network are focused on high-tech enterprises.This paper studies the growth of Yunnan flower industry cluster from the perspective of knowledge network embedding,and introduces dynamic capability as mediator variable,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.This article will based on the theory of enterprise growth,knowledge network embedding theory and dynamic capability theory,choosing qualitative research and quantitative research to study the mechanism of knowledge network embedding on the growth of Yunnan flower industry cluster enterprises.First,through the combing and study of the existing literature,build the theoretical framework of this article;Then,on the basis of the theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the mechanism of the knowledge network to the growth of the enterprise,and constructs the model of the knowledge network embedding,the dynamic ability and the enterprise growth,and put forward the research hypothesis;Finally,based on the single-hand data which obtained from the questionnaire survey of Yunnan flower enterprises,through the empirical analysis method to verify the hypothesis and relationship model of this paper.The results of this paper show that:(1)The embedding of knowledge network has a significant positive impact on the growth of enterprises.The two dimensions of knowledge network embedding,namely,structure embedding and relation embedding,have a significant positive impact on enterprise growth.(2)The embedding of knowledge network has a significant positive impact on the dynamic capability of enterprises.The structure embedding and relation embedding also have a significant positive effect on dynamic capability.The embedding of knowledge network also has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of dynamic capability,namely,environmental insight,Organizational flexibility and R & D capabilities.(3)Dynamic ability has a significant positive impact on the growth of enterprises.Organizational flexibility and R & D capability also have a significant positive impact on the growthof enterprises.While the environmental insight on business growth is not significant.(4)Dynamic capacity between the knowledge network embedded and business growth plays the role of some intermediary.From the research results,the vast majority of assumptions have been verified,which indicating that the knowledge network embedding plays a very important role for business growth.This paper explores the influence of knowledge network embedding on the growth of Yunnan flower enterprises from the micro level,and analyzes the mechanism of knowledge network embedding on enterprise growth based on the intermediary function of dynamic ability.On the one hand,it enriches relevant theories and research,and provides a new way of thinking and view for the development of flower enterprises.On the other hand,putting forward some Suggestions on the growth of enterprise of Yunnan flower,and providing some reference for innovation and upgrading Yunnan flower industry cluster.To enhance the growth of Yunnan flower enterprises,we need the joint efforts of enterprises,industry associations and governments to attach importance to the important influence of knowledge network embedding and dynamic ability on the growth of enterprises,promote the formation and embedding of cluster knowledge networks into clusters,and enhance cluster competition force,and thus promote the development of clusters and enterprises.
