Dynamic Evaluation Of Urban Sustainable Development Power In Yunnan Province

The promotion of sustainable development of Yunnan province is an important goal for it's economic.This paper discussed the coordination degree of cities in Yunnan province base on the data of economic?resources?environment?population?society by the summary of connotation meaning of sustainable development and evaluation of capacity of sustainable.Then assess the trend of sustainable development and come up with the suggestion for the promotion of the capacity base on the speed of economic development and stage of urban development.The sustainable development of city is the concentrate expression of the development stage?speed of development?the pattern of development.At the first,make a summary of according to the situation of economic development that each city in Yunnan province.After that,make a judgment of develop speed and type of development by index of economic data.Secondly,evaluate the model of cities in Yunnan province through the analysis of principle component.In a word,the sustainable development depend on the factors of speed?model and stage of cities in the past.The result shows that the capacity of development of cities in Yunnan province are different,they are in the dynamic stage.Kunming and Honghe keep a downward trend in past few years totally different from other cities like Diqing?Lijiang?Pu'er ?Chongxiong?XishuangBanna?Dali?Dehong?Lincang?Baoshan?Nujiang which have a long increase in the past.But Yuxi?Wenshan?Qujing?Zhaotong keep change from one level to another.From the perspective of space,the sustainable development ability of different urban agglomerations is obvious.However,with the development of time,the gap between the sustainable development of cities is narrowing.The Theil index dedicate that the capacity is decrease from the central of Yunnan province ? northwest region ? southwest region to the south of Yunnan province.The contract of different region has a great relationship with the speed of economic development?environment protection strategy?resource conditions and the state of population.Therefore,the strategy of different cities varies base on the different conditions of resource?environment?population and economic.
