Industrial Structure Rationalization,Supererogation And Economic Growth

The evolution of industrial structure and economic growth are very important issues in economics,at the same time,both plays a very important role in the real economic life.Theoretical and empirical analysis on our country's high speed economic growth and the evolution of industrial structure for recent 20 years is of great significance to the economy in our country under the "new normal stage" to transform from "pursue quantity" to "pursue quality",from "enlargement" to "refinement",from "take off" to a balanced steady and sustained growth.This paper based on the relationship between economic growth with rationalization and supererogation of industrial structure.Using the panel data of 1996-2014 in province level,using fixed effect model from econometrics,this paper has carried on the research and analysis to the correlation mentioned above,and claimed the explanation from the perspective of economic theory,also explained the realistic basis of it.Conclusion is as follows:first,since 1996,our country has been marching in the evolution of industrial structure to the fundamentals and rationalization of parallel channels;Second,the trend significantly contributed to the overall economic growth in China during this period;Third,the rationalization of industrial structure,the fundamentals of improving the effect on economic growth in different stages have different performance.When the low level of the overall economy,high-level rationalization of industrial structure and the degree of increase will have a greater impact on economic growth.Once the overall economic growth has reached a very high speed,high-level rationalization and the influence of the degree will be weaker;Fourth,the economic growth of the industrial structure and there is a feedback mechanism.Which exists between the economic growth and industrial structure rationalization benign circulation,but economic growth has a negative effect on the fundamentals of industrial structure.But this contradiction can be resolved,namely,taking advantage of the existing manufacturing,producer services in the development of the third industry,using plenty of market demand,developing the second industry,both at the same time the development of the third industry.In order to realize the industrial structure in growth fundamentals.
