Study On Industrial Structure Optimization And Upgrading In Rencheng District From The Perspective Of Government

The economic development of a region is not only decided by economic aggregate and developmental speed, but more importantly decided by industrial structure arrangement. Although Rencheng District increased in economic aggregate, it is characterized with identical industry and weak competitiveness in economic structure.Based on above questions, the paper proposed solutions and policy suggestions from the perspective of government. The industrial structure is not only related to the quality of the thrice industrial, but also to the industrial structure, so the paper analyzed the agriculture,industry, service industry and industrial structure one by one.Firstly, introduced the theory of industrial structure. The paper drew lessons from the related theory of industrial structure at home and abroad. It illustrated the standard and the mechanism of industrial structure.Secondly, analyzed the status and found problems of the industrial structure. The paper found problems existing in rationalization and supererogation of industrial structure through investigation, data analysis and case study.Thirdly, researched industrial structure policy. The paper analyzed industrial structure policy from the perspective of the government.Finally, the paper studied and put forward suggestions for a sustainable development of Rencheng District. In order to achieve industrial optimization and upgrading, Rencheng District should create urban modern agriculture, industrial upgrading and construct high-level modern service industry. The government should make industrial development planning, promote government-enterprise cooperation, improve urban and rural consumption level, reform existing household management system and formulate reasonable industrial policy.The innovation of this paper is: After the adjustment of administrative divisions, there was no relevant research of industrial structure in Rencheng District. Based on the analysis of the industrial structure, the paper put forward suggestions for a sustainable development of Rencheng District through investigation, data analysis and case study.
