RS Group's Financial Analysis Based On Economic Value Added And Financing Structure

The role of private enterprises in China's economic system is becoming more and more important which forming a strong complement to the state-owned economy.It bring new economic growth point and made a great contribution.At the same time,we should also see,the traditional problems of private enterprises has not been properly solved.Financial management is one of the most prominent contradictions,outstanding performance in the implementation of the financial system,cash flow management capabilities,profitability evaluation,etc.How to promote private enterprises to improve the level of financial management,to promote the healthy development of enterprises,and thus extend the life of enterprises,become an important subject.Based on the enterprise financing structure and economic value added,this paper analyzes the rationality of enterprise financing sources and whether the enterprise's operating results meet the requirements of shareholder returns.Providing suggestions on improving the financial management of private enterprises in listed companies at last.This paper describes the background,main problems and significance,scope,contents and methods of the research at first.The definition of domestic and foreign financing structure,economic value added,group company,financing model and the theoretical results are reviewed.Secondly,this paper introduce the RS group,including the background,stock situation,main products and applications,process model from procurement to sales and main risk points.Thirdly,this paper analysis the RS group's financial situation,summarize the preference and tendency of its financing sources.In accordance with the formula established by the SASAC,Calculate the EVA of RS group,evaluate its profitability and analyze whether it meets shareholder's expectations.At last,this paper analysis the main problems of RS group in the financial management and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement based on the angle of financial structure and economic value added.
