A Study On Energy Mineral Industry Cooperation Under The Framework Of "The Beltand Road" And Mongolian "Grassland

Located in the north of China and south of Russia,Mongolia is a landlocked country in Asia and an important channel connecting Eurasia.Since China initiated "The Belt and Road" project,Mongolia has responded positively to carry out its corresponding development strategy as the plan of "grassland road".Under the framework of the strategic alliance between China and Mongolia,how to better develop energy mineral industry cooperation between the two countries is a common concern of the two countries.On the basis of combing the docking field and docking situation of the" China Belt and Road Initiative" and "Mongolia grassland road",this paper analyzes the strategic position of Mongolia in China’s energy mineral industry cooperation.We use SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Sino-Mongolian energy cooperation and conclude that Mongolia bilateral energy mineral industry cooperation has advantages in promoting the political,economic and trade,cultural exchanges and geopolitics relationship.While Mongolia is at a disadvantage place in the three aspects,a big gap in the level of economic development between the two countries,incomplete infrastructures and industrial structure and mutual trust between people living in the both countries.Therefore,Suggestions for the problem.
