Research On Transportation Cooperation Between Kazakhstan And China Under The Background Of Belt And Road Initiative

Belt and Road Initiative is an important global development strategy,it has not only speeded up the Chinese "Going Out" policy,but also promoted the exchange and cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in the field of transportation.This is of great practical significance for building the "Bright Road" of Kazakhstan,to further promote its economic development and accomplish the win-win situation between China and Kazakhstan.Therefore,strengthening the transportation cooperation under the background of Belt and Road is conducive for building the Silk Road Economic Belt,deepening economic cooperation and cultural exchange along the Belt and Road countries,and promoting comprehensive cooperation between the countries under the new circumstances.Through the theory of interdependence and geopolitics,considering the current situation of Kazakhstan’s transportation and its construction,the research points out the need to strengthen the transportation cooperation between both countries.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes the present situation and challenges of the transportation cooperation between Kazakhstan and China,proposes corresponding strategies according to the challenges and risks to build cooperation mechanisms,stimulates further transportation cooperation and accelerates the docking of "Bright Road" and Belt and Road.Based on the analysis of Kazakhstan’s current transit construction situation and Sino-Kazakh transportation cooperation,the article concludes that the Kazakhstan’s existing infrastructure construction does not match the modern strategic development needs of Belt and Road Initiative.In order to solve this problem,it is imperative to further strengthen Kazakhstan’s transportation and infrastructure construction,and enhance the carrying capacity.According to the analysis,Kazakhstan and China have good cooperation prospects in the field of transportation and logistics.However,after research,it has been found that there are still a number of obstacles in culture,politics and economics,which hinders the further cooperation between the two countries.In view of the current situation,from the two aspects of China and Kazakhstan,we proposed ways to further promote bilateral transportation relations.As for China,it needs to further strengthen financial support,improve the transportation construction industry chain and enhance corporate social responsibility awareness.For Kazakhstan,it is necessary to attract investment and solve communication problems by improving the investment environment,strengthening policy formulation,and improving the communication mechanism so as to promote the improvement of the cooperation mechanism of the two countries.Through the research,we can further promote the deepening of cooperation in the field of transportation,and at the same time provide some reference for other fields of Sino-Kazakh cooperation.
