The Development Trend And Corelation Of Sino-mongolian Trade And Investment

The development of Sino-Mongolian international trade and investment is a realistic choice in the construction and implementation of the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor,it will gradually eliminate trade barriers and promote the free flow of production factors.Furthermore,under the condition of giving full play to the complementary advantages of Sino-Mongolian economic,constantly overcoming the influence of unfavorable factors from political,economic and social fields and steadily pushing forward bilateral cooperation and investment,it helps to enhance the political mutual trust between the two countries and also benefits both peoples,which is in line with the long-term strategic interests of China and Mongolia.First of all,this thesis uses the method combined with enumeration and chart to analyze the development trend of Sino-Mongolian trade and investment.The analysis shows that Sino-Mongolian trade and investment shows a significant growth indication and presents the trend of integration and mutual promotion.In this thesis,further analysis of Granger test shows that China's imports,exports and total imports and exports to Mongolia has a significant influence on the international direct investment,namely,Chain's imports,exports and total imports and exports to Mongolia is the Granger's reason of international direct investment,otherwise it is not.Moreover,the impulse response results are consistent with the Granger test results.It indicates that China's imports,exports and total imports and exports to Mongolia has a significant influence on the international direct investment,and Sino-Mongolian trade and investment did not develop independently in their own framework,but is in the process of the mutual infiltration and integration.The results of this thesis also manifest that the development of Sino-Mongolian trade and investment shows the trend of integration.To the end,this thesis bases on the practical condition of Sino-Mongolian economic cooperation and takes the study of successful cases such as CAFTA(China-ASEAN Free Trade Area)and NAFTA(North American Free Trade Area)for reference in order to promote the bilateral integration of trade and investment.
