Russia and China have a long history of trade and economic co-operation. Such co-operation has a great potential for development, thanks to the two countries' geographic proximity, economic compatibility, high level of interstate relations in the past and present, and a multitude of other factors. Trade between Russia and China has grown rapidly as the leaders of both countries have committed to advancing bilateral economic cooperation. China and Russia are each other's largest trading partner. Due to their strategic Bilateral and geographical position trade between them have strong complementarity. Russian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation has been developing quite successfully in recent years. This much is clear from the positive results achieved in bilateral trade, which topped $95 billion in 2014.Sino-Russian border trade development since the two countries border logistics development has some changes for improvement. The paper describes the history of the research content from the bilateral trade between China and Russia. The two countries' border trade logistics development present situation as well as to the Sino-Russian border trade logistics transportation and a detailed study of the main infrastructure. At the same time, introduces in detail the transportation of domestic trade route between China and Russia as well as to the typical mode of transportation in the two countries in this paper.This paper used the SWOT analysis method to solve the problem of Sino-Russian border trade, and puts forward the countermeasures of border trade logistics development between the two countries. In international logistics system of Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, used in grey theory to predict the Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia inbound and outbound goods traffic volume, and for that regional international logistics strategy, appropriate suggestions are put forward.
