Harvard Analysis Framework Under H Power Limited By Share Ltd Case Study

With the rapid development of our economy,the power industry plays a very important role in China’s economic and social development.Electric energy is the key to economic development strength,increase of demand for electricity,also explains the power industry in our country the important role of the national economy structure.Once the power supply is inadequate,it will seriously affect the speed of economic development and the quality of life of people.Electric energy constant optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,leading to the electric power industry market competition intensifies,the electric power enterprise how to play its competitive advantage,focus on developing opportunities and challenges facing,better formulate development plans and strategic mechanism,it is particularly important to improve the management level of enterprises.In the case of H power company,the analysis method of the harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the financial situation and operation results of H power company.The harvard analysis framework is divided into four aspects:strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and outlook analysis.This paper analyzes the macro externalities of the power industry and the competitive power of H power company by using the porter’s five-force method and SWOT analysis.Accounting analysis,follow the basic flow of identification,analysis and evaluation,and analyze the quality of accounting information of H power company.Financial analysis,combined with horizontal analysis,longitudinal analysis and ratio analysis,to study the financial performance of H power company.The prospective analysis and the analysis result of the first three levels of the paper make reasonable prediction of the development prospect of H power company.Apply harvard analysis framework to the electric power enterprise financial situation analysis,not only to the H power company has certain guiding significance to the future development,but also for the sustainable development of the whole electric power industry has a certain reference significance.
