Global private equity investment industry is entering a new stage of development,has become a pivotal force in the global financial market.In recent years,China's private equity investment fund industry from scratch,from the horizon to the vigorous development become an important part of China's financial market full of vitality,and also becomes a hot issue in today's financial innovation.But private equity investment in China started late,development is still in primary stage,that in raising funds,project selection,follow-up management and exit profit taking the actual operation of the process existing problems and obstacles to development,which greatly restricts the development of private equity investment in China.As a highly creative economic activity,its ideas,negotiating,signing and even withdraw from the entire process,need to go through many areas,almost every link has the possibility of failure,the whole process contains a huge risk.Therefore,to broaden financing channels for enterprises,to avoid the risk of private equity investment,investors and financing enterprises to achieve a win-win situation,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on enterprise risk management in the private equity model.The risk prevention on private equity investment in real estate in this paper,mainly in the following aspects: first are concept?type and operation process of private equity,and then research on the development of Chinese private equity investment and facing risk from investment real estate.Through the review of the development of foreign private equity investment in Chinese real estate enterprise and domestic private equity investment in real estate enterprise,come to the characteristics of private equity investment in real estate.This paper will focus on the research of private equity investment in the real estate enterprise investment risk source and prevention measures,will be combined with the case,using the procedures and methods of risk management,risk analysis of private equity investment in real estate from two sides of investment and exit process,including the risk source of external environment risk,enterprise risk and real estate project risk in the investment process.,system risk and operational risk in the exit process.Systematic analysis on the composition and impact of private equity investment in real estate,on the basis of the risk identification,facing the characteristics and rules of private equity investment risk of real estate,put forward risk prevention measures to reduce and prevent private equity investment risk,finally promote sound development of private equity.
