Research On The Management Of Accounts Receivable In IT Outsourcing Industry

Since 2008 the first outbreak of the financial crisis,the domestic economic environment has been affected,for several years there have been a large batch of famous enterprises came the news of layoffs,for example,ChinaHR,Baidu,LETV,meituan.com,Storm and so on.In the face of the current “capital of winter”,IT outsourcing industry is also deeply aware of the difficulties of cash strapped.In the analysis and solution of many management problems,IT outsourcing industry gradually realized that the establishment of accounts receivable management mechanism is an urgent management improvement program.Accounts receivable is the most important source of cash inflows,only when the lack of funds,the company will use other channels of financing,such as debt or equity.Therefore,accounts receivable management is important for enterprises.The management of accounts receivable involves three parts: advance management,event management and post management.Advance management is mainly in new customers or new business into the stage of the credit rating and credit assessment,in order to prevent the introduction of high risk for enterprise customers,eventually leading to the uncollectible accounts receivable predicament.Event management is mainly in the form of accounts receivable,before the expiration of the debt protection phase.Common creditor's rights protection instruments are letters of credit,acceptance,credit insurance,factoring,security,mortgage and pledge,etc.Post management refers to the enterprise accounts receivable collection process,when the accounts receivable can't be timely and full recovery.R Company,started in the IT outsourcing industry has just arisen,has worked hard in the IT outsourcing industry for 15 years.This article through to establish accounts receivable management 4 years of practical experience in R company,analysis of business characteristics,IT outsourcing industry accounts receivable and overdue causes,analysis of internal conflicts and external contradictions facing R,proposed new reserve accounts receivable management mechanism of enterprises,to be engaged in management.Gradually extended to manage things and advance management.In this paper,we collected and compared the features of customers who had accounts receivable disputes with R company,and suggest R Company to avoid new customer,whose "the total amount of enforcement / registered capital" >1‰,in order to strengthen the management mechanism in advance.
