With the higher demand of the safe and stable operation of power grid when power load increases,the smart grid has been developing constantly in recent years.In order to improve the competitiveness,the power supply company will conduct the marketing technical transformation and realize the long-term development of the enterprise.The expansion of the marketing technical transformation includes the marketing information equipment,intelligent terminal electric meter,etc.Project evaluation is an important link,the project life cycle after the evaluation has been widely applied to different types of construction projects,under the background of new electric change,power supply compa ny in sales link aggressively marketing technical transformation,realize the system upgrade.The post project evaluation realizes closed-loop control of the marketing technological upgrading projects.The theory of the post project evaluation is applied to power supply companies marketing technological upgrading projects.A set of index system and evaluation method of post project evaluation which is suitable for marketing technological upgrading projects is explored,which is able to provide reference for similar projects.Through the analysis of the characteristics of marketing technological upgrading projects,a marketing technical evaluation index system is established in view of pre-project evaluation,project implementation evaluation and effect evaluation.Index weight is evaluated through entropy weight method and the post project evaluation model is established through matter-element extension method.Finally a case of power supply companies marketing technological upgrading project is evaluated thro ugh the model and the annual marketing technological upgrading situation of the company.The validity of the model is verified and the evaluation result is successful.The evaluation model of the post project evaluation of marketing technological upgrading projects has universal adaptability,thus providing references for the post project evaluation for marketing technological upgrading projects.
