The implementation of the residents' ladder pricing policy is of great significance to the promotion of China's economic development.The implementation of the ladder pricing policy will help to rationalize the structure of electricity price in China,and can reflect the different cost of different income groups in different power products,to avoid cross-subsidy between residents of different income levels,saving electricity,improve energy efficiency,and promote social and economic development.This paper analyzes the direct impact of the policy on electricity consumption,load curve,effect of energy saving and emission reduction,and economic benefits of power supply enterprises,and then studies the impact on the electricity marketing,and finds out the effect of the price Policy is insufficient,propose the solution.In view of the effect of the ladder price on the electricity consumption of the residents,this paper uses the intuitive data to compare the way,in 2011 and 2015,household electricity consumption in different groups of people,different time periods were compared to get the price of ladder to different groups and Different season effects.In view of the influence of the ladder price on the load curve,this paper also uses the intuitive data to compare the load curve of the two months before and after the implementation of the policy in 2011 and 2012.By comparing the increase of the maximum load before and after the policy implementation,Peak and valley rate and load rate of the trend.This paper introduces the utility function theory in economics,and sets up the forecasting model of the residents' power demand under the ladder pricing policy based on the utility theory,taking the household consumption budget as the constraint condition.Conclusion: Adopting the ladder price policy can significantly reduce the total household monthly electricity consumption,which is helpful to save resources and support the modernization construction.At the same time,the higher the price of each ladder,the energy saving effect is more obvious.In view of the influence of electricity price on the economic benefit of enterprises,the electricity demand of residents will affect the electricity sales of power supply enterprises.Based on this,the change of electricity sales revenue will be analyzed synthetically according to the change of sale price.The change trend of electricity price,the analysis of power supply enterprises to purchase electricity changes and changes in power supply costs.At last,the influence of the ladder policy on the electricity marketing is discussed,and some suggestions are given for the deficiency of the electricity marketing.
