People's consuming customs and behaviors are changing with the rapid development of Electronic Commence.One example is that with the website of group-buying becoming popular,a new kind of electronic business model called O2O comes into the sight of investors and entrepreneurs,and the O2O community has also developed well with a lightning speed."Of the mouse,no matter how far apart;the keyboard gently knocks,as across the intersection,”Yangzhou Huiyin Group(Huiyin for short as below)brave electricity the tide of The Times,leading customers in retail,logistics,distribution and after-sales service of new service requirements.The Huiyin Community O2O Life Electronic Business Service Platform(Huiyin Community O2O for short as below)invested by Yangzhou Huiyin Group offers products and services related with people's life exactly through the Huiyin Lehu website.However,developing an optimized business strategy is inevitable for an enterprise if Huiyin Community O2O needs to keep long vitality,win market share and guarantee profit.This paper uses Huiyin Community O2O as the object of researching,explains the researching background and significance,induces the researching theory related with Electronic Commence,O2O and Community O2O from both home and abroad,which establishes the theory base for the thesis in the first place.It then introduces the concepts of O2O as well as the applied theories such as 4C market selling strategy,fan economy and experienced economy.It starts the research on Huiyin Community O2O though literature study,case study,qualitative analysis and so on,to analyze the current status and operation model of Huiyin Community O2O.This paper then analyzes the inside and outside operation environments through investigation,to summarize the major problems in the current operation of Huiyin Community O2O as well as analyze the reasons that causing the problems.For example,the original management structure can't adapt the new development of the company,lacking market mind and promotion efforts,the professional ability of the employees doesn't match the company's development,the product and service problems of the stores which causing bad experiences of customers,logistics delivery lacking necessary optimization.On the basis of above analysis,this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems showing in Huiyin Community O2O.Firstly,improve the operation management method and strategy,and establish an operation method centered by fan economy.Secondly,make good market selling strategy of the new O2O age,enhance the activities of selling and promotion in the same time.Thirdly,strengthen the overall management to the talent team,establish the talent cultivation system,and consummate talent incentive system,generally enhance the system building of training works.Fourthly,improve customer experiences by consummating image experience stores of Community O2O,integrating production series,fusing commodities,perfecting customer services.And at last,strengthen the delivery function of current service station regarding on the logistic delivery system,build the core competitiveness of logistic cloud and improve the delivery speed of fresh goods.In these ways,it can achieve the purpose of helping corporation to optimize resource allocation to exert its advantages,providing the reference value to Huiyin Community O2O for the future developments and keep its continuously competitive advantages to offer services of high quality and efficiency to the society.In the meantime,hope it can also be as a reference to the development of other community O2O corporations.
