| In recent years,the import of waste plastics has become an important supplement to China’s energy shortage,which plays an important role in promoting the development of renewable resources industry in China.As the world’s largest recyclable waste plastics recycling countries,China’s use of imported waste plastics in the field although achieved some results,but in technology,supervision and other aspects there are still obvious deficiencies.Taking into account the import of waste plastics may bring huge environmental risks to our country,waste plastic import management has become China’s government and management departments are facing an important issue.The theory of resources economics is the use of reasonable allocation and optimization of resources through economic analysis,and the coordination between it and the environment,population and sustainable development.Based on the theory of resource economics,this paper defines the relevant concepts involved and summarizes the related trade and economic theories.Based on the above theoretical knowledge,this paper summarizes the status and characteristics of China’s imports of renewable waste plastics,and analyzes the reasons why China is the largest importer of waste plastics in China.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper further analyzes the recycling of waste plastics in China,summarizes the main problems in the existing recycling process and puts forward feasible countermeasures: first is the scientific understanding of imports of waste plastics;the second is to establish and perfect the management system of waste plastics;the third is to strengthen market supervision and ensure effective utilization;the fourth is to strengthen the to promote the effective use of technical guidance. |
