| China is the world's second largest country of plastic products, plastic industry has been an important pillar of the national economy, the proportion of plastic materials in the four major industries (cement, timber, steel, plastic) is increasing . Plastic has become the life of human society, an indispensable means of production and means of livelihood,the application of Chinese plastic products development trends is very well, it's maintained double-digit growth.The raw material of plastic from non-renewable petroleum, coal and natural gas.The resources of petrochemical, oil consumption in China is very less, most of these is dependent on imports, so a lot of plastic raw materials is also dependent on imports. As early as 2001, China synthetic resin has been ranked the United States, Germany, Japan, the three major producers of plastic after the fourth place, the total output reached 12.04 million tons. Despite this capacity, it is still can not meet the demand for social consumption,we need import14.26 million tons of synthetic resin, import 2,230,000 tons of waste plastics.The waste plastics recycling is a national shortage of resources to solve major strategic problems. Rich source of recycled plastic, low cost, solving the shortage of raw materials resources, shortcuts, and it is benefit for the country to protect the environment, plastics industry has become an important component of sustainable development, combined with our industrial economy since the reform and opening up vigorously Since a large number of products require replacement led to elimination of waste materials, which will produce a certain amount of waste plastic.At present, recycling of waste plastics is disordered or reproduced on many low-level processing, the recycling process not only did not protect the environment but made lots pollution.It can not develop healthy for this industry.This paper combines a number of patents and technological innovation of the convener in the project in the plastics recycling industry, we adopt Porter's Model and SWOT Model ,to analyze the market competition situation and demand .On the base of sales forecast and cost analysis,we adopt break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis,to analyze the the project profitability.Based above evaluation and analysis, we think there have the feasibility of this plastic recycling project,we can invest this project. |
