Research On The Development Of Agricultural Mutual Insurance In Shaanxi Province

The future trend of development for agriculture is industrialization and mechanization,which provides the stage for agricultural vehicles' spread and use widely,which also expands the market for the development of the agricultural vehicle insurance.The majority farmers buy and use the agricultural vehicle in larger quantities,the agricultural vehicle used widely has been a "New Normal" for agricultural production,agricultural vehicle insurance as one of the major measures for the risk management of agricultural production,which is an important means for ensuring the agricultural production run smoothly and guaranteeing agricultural producers' property safety and social stability.Agricultural vehicle insurance-the systematic arrangement reduces property damage resulted from risk for agricultural vehicle,ensuring the agricultural production's smooth running.China's agricultural vehicle insurance is in trial period at present,agricultural vehicle insurance plays an important role in reducing farmers' risk loss and guaranteeing the safe production,in the view of the pilot situation of China's agricultural vehicle insurance,we found that when the local market economy and agricultural industrial development reached certain levels,the agricultural vehicle insurance's demand enhanced for agricultural industrialization organization,but China's agricultural vehicle insurance existed factors like unsound policies,unstable market and poor acceptance for farmers during the development,which restricts its healthy development,and resulting in companies which run agricultural vehicle insurance face serious loss.From the perspective of agricultural industrialization,this thesis proceeds from agricultural vehicle insurance needed urgently and the predicament that insurance company run agricultural insurance,regarding the development issues of agricultural vehicle insurance as research subjects,raising proposals and suggestions that the development system of agricultural vehicle insurance suits for China's situation should be established.Firstly,through sorting and learning relevant documents about vehicle insurance,agricultural insurance,agricultural vehicle insurance at home and abroad,which provides the research thought and research method for writing this thesis,so that the main research contents of this thesis can be confirmed,secondly,it provides the theoretic foundation for writing thesis through learning the related concepts about agricultural vehicle insurance and basic theory including transforming traditional agriculture,public selection theory,market failure and government intervention economic,thirdly,it analyzes the development process of agricultural vehicle insurance,the development situation of China's agricultural vehicle insurance in the pilot regions and problems encountered during development for agricultural vehicle insurance,fourthly,it analyzes the necessity and urgency to develop agricultural vehicle insurance from the perspective of agricultural industrialization,finally,it puts forward the tentative plan and policy suggestions on how to perfect agricultural vehicle insurance from the following five parts:highlighting policy-oriented for agricultural vehicle insurance,promoting the market development of agricultural vehicle insurance,highlighting the product features of agricultural vehicle insurance and innovating its operation and management mode.
