Study On The Efficiency Of Mining Cities In Shanxi Province Based On DEA Model

The efficiency of mining city,as a mining city of high quality and efficient development of the specified lights,its improvement will not only help to improve the comprehensive strength of mining cities and enhance the mining area of regional radiation and attractiveness,but also to promote people's living standards improve the quality.However,the mining city,while paying attention to economic growth,neglected the overall planning and coordinated development,which made the phenomenon of high pollution,high consumption and low output urban disease very obvious,and reduced the quality of mining city development.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of mining cities is the realization of mining cities faster and better development of the necessary way.Based on lots of literatures,the efficiency of city efficiency,resource-based city as the starting point,from the viewpoint of input and output,construct the index system,evaluation of the mining efficiency of the city,the total investment in fixed assets,fiscal expenditure,number of employees,the dominant mineral resource reserves as input index,total GDP the mining industry,the proportion of total industrial output value of industrial solid waste,total retail sales of consumer goods,the comprehensive utilization rate,built-up area green rate as output index to planning for the sustainable development of national resources city(2013-2020)defined in the Shanxi province 10 mining city as the research object,using the traditional DEA self-assessment model the VRS model,the introduction of virtual mining city VRS model,DEA cross evaluation model of Shanxi province mining city efficiency were calculated and discussed Its influencing factors.The study found that: At present,the mining industry in Shanxi Province is generally not high efficiency,there is a downward trend year by year,the reasons for this phenomenon are: the amount of mining resources and foreign transport resources do not match the size of the city,structural layout;through the introduction of virtual mining DEA cross evaluation model found that most mining cities in the high input and high output of the development stage,although this input-output structure in the traditional DEA self-evaluation model to get a higher evaluation value,but this evaluation results cannot guide Shanxi Province In order to explore the characteristics and evolution of the efficiency of the mining cities in the three regions of Shanxi Province,the efficiency of mining cities in Shanxi Province shows that the efficiency of mining cities in Shanxi Province is decreasing from north to south and the efficiency of mining cities Differences have a tendency to gradually expand.Therefore,in order to ensure the development of mining cities towards high-yield and high-yield high-quality and high-quality development,in the future development of mining cities,we should reduce the amount of resources and improve the utilization rate of resources;adjust the input-output structure,Improve the quality of urban development;strengthen the policy,the dual role of science and technology to improve the comprehensive utilization of solid waste;play the role of government,and actively promote regional coordinated development.
