| Power grid material quality inspection,refers to the work of detecting of power equipments and materials provided for State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC).The common inspection methods include experimental verification,sampling test and third-party test.The main purpose of power grid material quality inspection is to avoid the unqualified materials into the power grid,and maintain the security of power systems.In recent years,as the development of science technology and the expanding of the grid scale,types of the power materials from different manufacturers,which are uneven,have been used in Chinese power grid.In order to ensure the quality of those materials,SGCC constantly improves the requirements of power grid material quality inspection,and as a result,current detect methods have become insufficient in work efficiency and effectiveness.Accordingly,by citing the Toyota Way and the DMAIC model of Six Sigma,this paper presents an improved quality detection management method.The proposed method identifies the disadvantages and waste of current quality inspection according to the customers’ need,and achieves the optimized projects.According to the method,a set of work instructions have been compiled,and 22 kinds of common materials are included in it.The standard detection time of each material has been measured for ease of use in the future.What’s more,the enterprise standards,which are used in infrastructure or operation period,are brought forward to the material inspection link,to anticipate the potential quality problems and reduce the risk of schedule delay.It is the first time in SGCC.After using these work instructions,the average delivery time of inspection report drops from 18 days to 7.5 days,and the inspection accuracy increases from 11.0% to 17.4%.The application result proves that the proposed method can improve the working efficiency and effectiveness of material quality inspection significantly. |
