In recent years,China's equipment manufacturing industry to continuously adjust the product structure,since 2014,equipment manufacturing industry restructuring has been from the key technology research,the construction of the domestic industrial chain has risen to the international market breakthrough stage,become China's top international competitiveness Competitive industries.And as equipment manufacturing industry which powder metallurgy machining industry development momentum is more intense.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Qiangxin Science and Technology and the analysis of the existing marketing strategy of the Company,this paper puts forward a more reasonable marketing strategy scheme and safeguard measures to strengthen the response of the company.Fierce market competition to provide practical ideas and strategies.This paper introduces the basic situation of Qiangxin Technology Co.,Ltd.and the development course of the enterprise and the scientific research achievements.Analyzes the development of the powder metallurgy industry in the whole market economy,including: macro environment analysis,powder metallurgy industry analysis,business model analysis and market demand analysis.Then for the strong internal environment and competitors to do research,analysis of the current strength of the company's strengths and weaknesses.Then introduced the strong marketing company's current marketing strategy of the status quo,including products,prices,channels and other aspects of the status quo.The company's current problems,mainly in: product innovation,the lack of price norms,competitors have obvious advantages,liquidity can not arrive in time and so on.However,the main reasons for these problems are: unreasonable investment,limited R & D technology,imperfect system and lack of professional marketing.This article analyzes the aspects with 4p marketing theory and puts forward some detailed suggestions for the above problems and reasons: strengthening the product innovation,improving the product quality,controlling the cost flexible pricing,expanding the channel maintenance customer and so on.Finally,there are a few safeguards on these strategies,including measures such as funding,organizational systems,staff management and corporate culture.Powder metallurgy industry is currently more competitive industries,especially for strong belief that the company,facing the market competition pressure is growing,but also contains a large number of market opportunities.Therefore,only avoid weaknesses in order to win in the fierce market competition.
