Home appliance industry is an industry with fierce competition.There are a large number of manufacturers in the market,a high degree of homogeneity of product,vicious price competition and different after-sales service.More prominent domestic brands(such as Skyworth,Changhong and Gree)and foreign brands(such as Sharp,LG)all occupy a place,which undoubtedly gives the industry production and development put forward a serious challenge.So,how the enterprises can become bigger and stronger in the industry? Enterprises not only need technology innovation,but also further strengthen the internal control of enterprises,sort out the business process,and the make comprehensive reconstructions of invalid,complex process of enterprise,making it reduce operating costs,the enterprise internal friction.Because only in this way can enhance the enterprise's own operating efficiency,thus ensuring the maximization of enterprise value.Taking a wholly owned subsidiary of C company in the Malata Group as the research object,this paper does research on the implementation of the current business process on the basis of the theory of business process reengineering,and design the concrete reform measures,hoping to provide some reference for the business process reengineering in the future.Basing on the case analysis of C company business process reengineering,this paper firstly describes the background,purpose and ideas of the research background,purpose and ideas of the home appliance industry.Then,by means of the theory of Business Process Reengineering in China and abroad,this paper discusses the theoretical system of BPR and the integration of BPR and other systems,which aims to provide theoretical support for the actual business process reengineering of C company.Finally,through the method of literature analysis,comparative study,it investigates and diagnoses the actual business process of C company,specifically covering the C company strategic planning,organizational structure,process system,information technology,financial and administrative functions,etc.After the investigation,through the theory of business process reengineering,the measures to deal with the specific business process reengineering of C company are completed,and certain results in the process of implementing business process reengineering have achieved by C company.At the same time,this paper discusses the safeguard measures of C company's business process reengineering from the perspective of sustainable development,including communication mechanism,training mechanism,conflict mechanism and information system construction,etc.
