The solar-thermal industry is booming in our country over the past decades.Along with the increasing competition in the industry,there are numbers of enterprises eliminated and at the same many showed well momentum of development along with industry trends.Market gradually mature in recent years,the homogeneity of products and technologies have become more and more obvious,consumers gradually pay more attention to services.But at present the whole industry do not recognize the importance of service brand enough,though the industry leading enterprises make a lot of effort in strengthening the construction of the brand,brand construction based on the service is relatively less,it is asymmetric between the emphasis on service industry market and the demands of service brand.Based on this,the author argued that the enterprises should seize the industry opportunity to focus on products and services,and strive to forge their own service brand,to lay a solid foundation to achieve long-term strategic target.This paper based on the author`s years of work experience in the solar-thermal industry,taking Linuo Ritter as the research object,explores the construction of the solar-thermal industry service brand.Firstly,the author investigated and surveyed Linuo Ritter Company and consulting a large number of literatures,company information,deeply understanding the services of the industry and Linuo Ritter company brand construction situation.And then posited Linuo Ritter service brand,with the help of previous theoretical research and current situation of Linuo Ritter,the author designed out of the company's service brand building architecture.Finally based on the service brand construction model of Linuo Ritter,the author put forward that Linuo Ritter should build its construction of supporting system for service brand from such aspects: research and development of technology and product,the enterprise culture construction,the brand management system and organization,branding management,enterprise staff training,which can provide security for the service brand construction.
