With the pace of reform and opening up forward, China’s economic has gradually improved, and the system of economy becoming better. Because of traditional planned economy and the uneven distribution of our existing resources, China’s enterprises are lack of integrity in marketing. This phenomenon has brought great loss and become a block to the development of market economy.The integrity marketing of Linuo Solar Corporation, which is the top company in the borosilicate glass tube industries was studied systematically.Firstly, we use the basic theories of integrity marketing to analyze the world environment, policy, relationship, values, professional morality, technique, and external environment of Linuo Solar Corporation. Based on the analysis, we set up the "cost-effect" model to research the integrity marketing. The integrity marketing strategyies are proposed in the last part.There are6chapters in the paper. Research background and the developments of this topic was introduced in the first chapter. Chapter2focused on the basic theories and the relationship between integrity marketing and the environment. We analyzed the internal and external environment of Linuo Solar Corporation integrity marketing in chapter3. The "cost-effect" model of integrity marketing was set up in Chapter4, and we use the model to analyze integrity marketing in Linuo Solar Corporation. The basic suggestion about integrity marketing was proposed in chapter5. The summary comes in Chapter6, we listed the directions and difficulties of the following research.
