H Real Estate Company Performance Management System Research

The real estate industry is becoming a vital component of China’s economy,which can reflect the degree of our country’s economic development.A large number of companies in the other industries join in the real estate industry as they take the optimistic opinion in the future of the real estate industry.However,the rapid development of the real estate market makes competition of this field more and more fierce,the “Golden Age” of the real estate industry is replaced by the “Silver Age” as a result.Some real estate enterprises in the new challenges gradually disappear in our sight,while the outstanding ones obtain the competitive advantage by the continuous optimization of the internal management.All the real estate enterprises should improve the internal delicacy management instead of the extensive management to take the competitive advantage.Furthermore,enterprises must pay more attention on the employees and the efficiency as well.To summarize,the real estate enterprises need a perfect performance management system which can benefit to the enterprises to retain talents as well as increase the efficiency.This report has reviewed quite a lot of real estate enterprises’ performance management system and takes the H Company as a case study to analysis the problems existed in this industry,trying to find the method of improve the performance management system.This report contains four parts: introduction,literature review,case study,result and discussion.In the first part,I will introduce the academic background,research method,and the innovation of this report.Secondly,I will review lots of theories related to the performance management.Besides,the third part is the key part which discusses the problem of H Company’s performance management system and provides the way to improve itby a large number of data,tables,and examples.The fourth chapter,the establishment of H new real estate enterprise performance management system,the fifth chapter,put forward the new performance management system would be able to be born on the implementation of security measures,Finally,it points out the deficiency of this article is as well as the vision of the future.
