Performance Management Study On XY Real Estate CompanyLarge-scale Real estate construction industry in China has been developed from non-existing stage to founding stage, and progressed to advanced stage, finally up to be concern of government.In recent years, the real estate industry has become an important areas among the social keen investments. At present, there is an imbalance phenomenon in the real estate industry and the overheating emergence in some special locations,so the competition is fierce. Due to this situation, performance management (PM)in the real estate enterprise is particularly vital. Therefore, this paper focuses on PM theory of the real estate industry.As the object of Harbin XY Real Estate Development Company, this paper combine its situation with existing problems, discussed its PM system and PM methods, then adopted main tools through Management By Objectives (MBO) and Key Performance Index (KPI), so as to build the new and suitable PM system and methods, Furthermore, the paper also indicated the PM theory about the implementation and application of PM system,and made a statement of PM and performance appraisal theory. The practical application shows that the PM of the company operation, the practice effect of XY company in the PM is optimistic.This paper also assisted PM of XY company in future, which will be summary, improve, deepen and make a progress constantly. There will be an excellent job in the adoption of PM theory, the practice of performance management.
