| “Lean Production” comes from TOYOTA production system and its core idea is eliminating waste continuous improvement and making it excellent.Popular point is using minimum investment for maximum return.But misunderstanding always happens in some factories that “lean Production” just could be used in mass production improvment.Actually “Lean Production” is a kind of principle.Though it comes from mass production but not limited to mass production.Of course it could be used in any management process.So when we do process or product design “lean production” also could be used and we call it “lean design”.Also it is more convenient and effective in lean improvement for mass production if using “lean design” principle in early design phase.This thesis takes S company gyro test plant design as object and implements “lean production” principles in every process or sub process design.Aim at eliminating waste and making the cost of plant construction and operation lower.This thesis describes the background and current situation faced when do the gyro test plant design and makes brief introduction to the research object.Also explain the connotation and implementation principles of lean.Emphatally introduce the introduction of lean principles in every process of test plant design and balance.This thesis mainly introduce the the lean design of test plant.Foucs on test production line and warehouse lean design.The design of test plant including parameter choosing test flow fixing equipment man allocation and test plant layout.The lean design of the warehouse including material purchase cycle and the purchasing quantity,arrangements for various materials on the shelf storage location and space.Set up good foundation for the efficient operation of the whole palnt.Base on above information arrange the other ancillary facilities layout and design the layout of the whole plant.This thesis foucus on “lean” and use lean principles in every design process.Prevent wasting in mass prodcution at the start and create good foundation of lean improvement in mass production.Reduces the cost of plant construction and test.This will improve the competiviveness of product in maketing. |
