Since the People's Republic of China (P.R.China) had founded, industrial manufacturing industry was defined as the pillar industry of national economy of China. Along with the reform and opening-up carried out in the late period of 1970s, to reach the goal of modern manufacturing industry realizing, the enterprise of industrial manufacturing industry tend to adjust the economy structure and upgrade the industry structure as a method.In the past 30 years, China had been forced by the whole world frequently, especially under the situation of rapid development of globalization. And China had stand in a role with those powerful manufacturing countries. However, this is not the ultimate goal of our development, what we want is strong competitive strength of modern industrial manufacturing industry in the worldwide.However, with the characteristic of seasonal fluctuation in customer demand in the manufacturing, enterprises will busy or at leisure during the producing time. In the exuberant period of production demand, due to the overtime produce, quality unstable and delivery unfinished phenomenon appeared in some manufacturing enterprises. On the contrary, during the leisure period, equipments abandon and profit decline phenomenon is common. What those mentioned will impact the employee's enthusiasm, corporate image, and further development of the company seriously.Therefore, the enterprise need lean production theory. With the method of lean production, to improve the management of the company's production, factory layout, inventory optimization, and feedback mechanism establishing, this made the lean production understood and enforced by the whole company. Through this way, it would enhance their ability to adapt the flexibility and responsibility of the market, and then improve the business environment in the changing market and the level of competition comprehensive.It is not easy to enforce lean production through the whole company. Some companies had faced great failure during the process and did not achieve expected results. When they enforcing, there are substantial deviations existence in the real essence of lean production theory. For one thing, the enterprise did not deeply understand the lean production theory. For another, the lean production did not fully enforced, which made it turn into a simple application tool.In this paper, take NFB for example, through the extent situation and basis on the lean production theory to analysis the problem and its reason during the production process and then get improvement programs. By comparing NFB's implementation of the improvement production processes data before and after, then access the company's results after the implementation of lean production.
