In recent years,Internet insurance has flourished.In 2015,the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Internet Insurance" landed,creating a favorable environment for the healthy development of Internet insurance.In 2016,the insurance companies through their scenes or capital advantage,have the layout of Internet insurance.Internet insurance scenes,channels and technological innovation has become the focus of attention.In such a competitive market,the factors that affect the needs of consumer Internet insurance has become complicated,the country's policies and regulations,market environment,the user's buying habits,personal characteristics,all of these will have some impact on the Internet insurance market.In order to determine the significant influencing factors of Internet insurance demand,we can provide reference information for the development of products by insurance companies.The author uses the research methods such as theoretical research,survey statistics and empirical analysis to complete an Internet insurance demand survey.This paper is divided into six parts.(1)Research background,current situatio n,method and purpose and significance: the main combing the Internet insurance relat ed research literature,the research purpose and method to do a brief introduction;(2)China's Internet insurance development process and the status quo analysis: thr ough the integration of data collection,the Internet insurance research backgrou nd,the development process and the existing models,institutions,products,etc.to do the relevant introduction;(3)The theoretical analysis of influencing factor s of Internet insurance demand: According to the literature and the actual situa tion,the factors that may affect the Internet insurance demand are classified an d classified,and then the theoretical analysis is carried out one by one to expl ore the possible causes and influencing factors.(4)Statistical analysis of influen cing factors of Internet insurance demand: According to the influencing factors,the questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the data were collected an d processed.The statistical method was used to analyze the statistical methods,and most of the influencing factors were consistent with the hypothesis in co nclusion;(5)Empirical analysis of the influencing factors of Internet insurance d emand: The results show that there are seven variables that have significant impact on Internet insurance demand,including consumer gender and network app lication skills,proficiency,Internet insurance purchase experience,the convenien ce of online shopping insurance,online shopping process smoothness,the prote ction of Internet insurance products and the surrounding social environment;(6)Conclusions and recommendations: Suggestions are made on the customer base,sales methods,channel construction,process design,brand promotion and produ ct innovation of Internet insurers in combination with the demand factors.It is hoped that through the systematic research of this article,it will enrich the theoretical research of Internet insurance in China and provide some reference for the insurance company's Internet insurance development decision.
